The experience I had with Dossett Big 4 was great. I do not enjoy high pressure sales. Benny Ruth was balanced. He was very responsive but allowed me to make a decision without being aggressive. Rudy was very helpful as well. Dossett Big 4 is a great place with excellent people.

Highly feel discriminated by the staff and their service did not meet my expectations as appointed. I expect a phenomenal service upon arrival and after checkout however the times I’ve had my vehicle serviced I have had a bad experience each time and I spent over 12,000 worth of money with the service department to receive such a not so great experience. The staff doesn’t greet with a smile and curiosity they give me a insult feeling as if I’m not good enough

I had a coupon for 15% off and a coupon for $5.00 off when you spend 90 - 100 dollars. She used the $5.00 off coupon instead of the 15% off coupon. I even ask about it. She said it was applied. later when i was looking at the invoice receipt i realized what happen.

Mr. Dossett was a pleasant change of pace for car dealerships. My wife and I enjoyed the conversations with him more so than the vehicle we purchased. I had vowed to never buy a vehicle in Tupelo again due to past experiences with other dealerships, but the staff at Dossett that Saturday changed my mind. Eric was a no pressure salesman. Curt in Finance was thorough and explained everything in detail no matter how many questions I had. And the conversations with Mr Dossett reminded my wife and I of talking with my grandfathers. I’d go back and buy another vehicle from them any day.

Had a PM on my 2022 GMC 2500 HD Duramax

It took a long time and the person who did the service was not careful and got a small amount of grease on the driver's seat. (White upholstery). This caused a delay of about 45 minutes in leaving while they cleaned it. Am not really happy.

I've been waiting for this . . first off I hope the owner of Dossett reads this. I have great respect for him. A kind and compassionate man. I scheduled an appointment for 9am but on arriving was told it was a first come first serve service. There was three ahead of me. The bathroom had ZERO toilet paper. Now who in charge of service and unlocked the door knowing there would be lots of customers would not have checked the bathrooms for stock? The waiting room is a horror. Baseboards are filthy, walls splattered by floor stripper and not wiped off. Door facings smeared with handprints along with posts by couches. $30 worth of paint would make the place such a better place to view. Shameful. You make my house look like Buckingham Palace and my home isn't the grandest place. It took service 1 hour to remove 1 headlight bulb then tell me they don't have that particular bulb. (it was installed when I bought the truck from you) You charged me $73 for a bulb that cost $26 from Amazon, then $69 labor for 1/2 hr charged. Does your mechanic actually get paid $140 per hour? wow. The gross condition of your waiting room was the worse eye sore of the day. Does the owner ever walk through and look at his business?? The Bible tells me "Whatsoever ye, do, do all to the glory of God."

The guy Will that I was messaging about wanting the GMC was very nice and professional, the guy that helped me with the financial part helped me out a lot!! And made me feel better about buying my suv, and overall everyone I came into contact with gave me details step by step of what to expect, what I was getting, etc. I had the best experience I have ever had with any car sales members. I will point others in the direction of seeing them for a vehicle. Now I am in my new car and absolutely love it!!
