The Dealership made my vehicle shopping experience easy. By sending me pictures and details on Trucks that were in stock and in Transit. After seeing a Truck that I was interested in I made one visit in and received a quote. Then spent a few days thinking before making my decision. Then called to setup a day to pick up the Truck. After setting up a day and time, a late meeting prevented me from making the appointment. I call the sales person about coming in the following day, which was his day off. He stated it was not a problem. He would meet me when ever I could make it. We call that Going Above and Beyond. Finance had everything ready when I arrived. I was in and out in 15 minutes or less. The problem is not resolved. I called and was supposed to receive a call back but haven’t.

Excellent all the way around, from the front desk to paperwork with the F&I mgr, to the salesman walking with us to our truck to show how to work all the equipment. Mr. Dossett was kind enough to call us and make sure they hold a time I gave him for the first oil change as we were going through Tupelo heading north for a 3&1/2 hour drive and in a hurry to get there. The F&I Mgr took up a lot of time to explain questions I had since I bought the truck. Also, a special thanks to Mr. Rudy Dossett Sr. for his help putting the deal together. Every one I came in contact with was very friendly and helpful. Thank you to all those involved in our process of buying our truck, and to those I happened to pass while moving around the Dealership.

Mr. Dossett was a pleasant change of pace for car dealerships. My wife and I enjoyed the conversations with him more so than the vehicle we purchased. I had vowed to never buy a vehicle in Tupelo again due to past experiences with other dealerships, but the staff at Dossett that Saturday changed my mind. Eric was a no pressure salesman. Curt in Finance was thorough and explained everything in detail no matter how many questions I had. And the conversations with Mr Dossett reminded my wife and I of talking with my grandfathers. I’d go back and buy another vehicle from them any day.

The experience I had with Dossett Big 4 was great. I do not enjoy high pressure sales. Benny Ruth was balanced. He was very responsive but allowed me to make a decision without being aggressive. Rudy was very helpful as well. Dossett Big 4 is a great place with excellent people.
