The Dealership made my vehicle shopping experience easy. By sending me pictures and details on Trucks that were in stock and in Transit. After seeing a Truck that I was interested in I made one visit in and received a quote. Then spent a few days thinking before making my decision. Then called to setup a day to pick up the Truck. After setting up a day and time, a late meeting prevented me from making the appointment. I call the sales person about coming in the following day, which was his day off. He stated it was not a problem. He would meet me when ever I could make it. We call that Going Above and Beyond. Finance had everything ready when I arrived. I was in and out in 15 minutes or less. Mr. Dossett was a pleasant change of pace for car dealerships. My wife and I enjoyed the conversations with him more so than the vehicle we purchased. I had vowed to never buy a vehicle in Tupelo again due to past experiences with other dealerships, but the staff at Dossett that Saturday changed my mind. Eric was a no pressure salesman. Curt in Finance was thorough and explained everything in detail no matter how many questions I had. And the conversations with Mr Dossett reminded my wife and I of talking with my grandfathers. I’d go back and buy another vehicle from them any day.

I was at Dossett for replacement of the fuel pump control that had been recalled and to have my tires rotated. All went smoothly and I received good service from the crew.

Highly feel discriminated by the staff and their service did not meet my expectations as appointed. I expect a phenomenal service upon arrival and after checkout however the times I’ve had my vehicle serviced I have had a bad experience each time and I spent over 12,000 worth of money with the service department to receive such a not so great experience. The staff doesn’t greet with a smile and curiosity they give me a insult feeling as if I’m not good enough

Excellent all the way around, from the front desk to paperwork with the F&I mgr, to the salesman walking with us to our truck to show how to work all the equipment. Mr. Dossett was kind enough to call us and make sure they hold a time I gave him for the first oil change as we were going through Tupelo heading north for a 3&1/2 hour drive and in a hurry to get there. The F&I Mgr took up a lot of time to explain questions I had since I bought the truck. Also, a special thanks to Mr. Rudy Dossett Sr. for his help putting the deal together. Every one I came in contact with was very friendly and helpful. Thank you to all those involved in our process of buying our truck, and to those I happened to pass while moving around the Dealership.

The experience I had with Dossett Big 4 was great. I do not enjoy high pressure sales. Benny Ruth was balanced. He was very responsive but allowed me to make a decision without being aggressive. Rudy was very helpful as well. Dossett Big 4 is a great place with excellent people.

Great place to do business with!

I had a coupon for 15% off and a coupon for $5.00 off when you spend 90 - 100 dollars. She used the $5.00 off coupon instead of the 15% off coupon. I even ask about it. She said it was applied. later when i was looking at the invoice receipt i realized what happen.

The guy Will that I was messaging about wanting the GMC was very nice and professional, the guy that helped me with the financial part helped me out a lot!! And made me feel better about buying my suv, and overall everyone I came into contact with gave me details step by step of what to expect, what I was getting, etc. I had the best experience I have ever had with any car sales members. Had a PM on my 2022 GMC 2500 HD Duramax

It took a long time and the person who did the service was not careful and got a small amount of grease on the driver's seat. (White upholstery). This caused a delay of about 45 minutes in leaving while they cleaned it. Am not really happy.

This was my first time with the GMC service. The lady met me, got all info and I went to the waiting room. I was this in line but was out in a very reasonable amount of time. Great service!!
